An exciting opportunity has arisen for an IT Service Manager to join our existing service management team in our Cyber & Intelligence organisation. This role is vital for supporting and delivering mission-critical services for our customers.

Your Responsibilities:
  1. Manage incidents and requests to minimize impact on users and operations.
  2. Maximize successful IT changes by assessing risks, authorizing, and managing schedules.
  3. Maintain accurate configuration information and ensure consistency across services.
  4. Design products and services that are fit for purpose and deliverable by the organization.
  5. Identify opportunities for continual service improvements.
Your Experience:
  1. Proven track record in Incident, Change, and Release management.
  2. Experience across the service delivery lifecycle, including Service Transition.
  3. ITIL v3 and v4 qualifications.
  4. Extensive experience with IT Service Management tools.
  5. Supporting IT projects in complex environments.
