Location: This is a remote role (UK based only)

Are you a forward-thinking leader with a passion for making a difference in emotional and mental health services? We are looking for a dynamic and inspirational manager to join our management team.

Join our Service Delivery Management Team as a Service Manager, where you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing the leadership and management of our Kooth and Qwell services to ensure high quality, effective services delivered within the contractual requirements.

Working in partnership with the NHS, we are already the UK's largest digital mental health platform for young people aged 10-25. We use the collective insight from over one million hours of professional support we have provided to guide people to self-help, community support, and professional help that matches their wants, needs, and goals in life.

Role Objective

Responsible for overseeing the leadership and management of Kooth, Qwell services to ensure high quality, effective services delivered within the contractual requirements.

Split of the role

Management and Leadership - 60%

Business and Service Developments - 20%

Analytics, Reporting & Insights - 10%

Cross Functional Collaboration - 10%

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership for services supporting emotional health, wellbeing, and mental health in adult and/or children's services
  • Lead, manage, and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
  • Drive service change, navigate and lead through periods of change and growth, providing stability, motivation, and direction during transformation
