WinsAbove is looking for a Solutions Consultant to join their team in London, focusing on building a user-driven sales engine. You will partner with Account Executives to lead technical validations and develop a deep understanding of IT service management workflows.

This role offers an office-centric hybrid schedule with standard in-office days being Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, and the potential to work from home on other days. Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of relevant experience and strong collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, or similar roles.
• Strong understanding of IT service delivery workflows.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executive for technical validation.
• Develop understanding of IT workflows.
• Translate customer pain points into solutions.
• Conduct technical discovery sessions.
