Job summary

Emplyfy is seeking an IT Service Engineer to join its MSP team, delivering professional technical support both remotely and at customer premises across varied IT environments.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in IT engineering/support, with hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 and security standards such as Cyber Essentials and GDPR. The role includes on-site work, strong customer interaction, and a broad technical remit.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience delivering IT support via remote and on-site visits.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 suite (Email, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive).
• Proven ability to work with customers, manage incidents and maintain SLAs.
• Experience coordinating with external service providers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and act as primary contact for customers.
• Visit customer premises as needed to resolve incidents and perform maintenance.
• Manage service requests through the Service Desk from logging to resolution.
• Communicate progress to customers and ensure adherence to SLAs.
• Escalate high-priority incidents when required.
• Plan daily activities and monitor IT environments for performance.
