Job summary

Randox Laboratories is seeking an IT Technical Support Specialist to join the IT Service Desk in Antrim. You will be the first point of contact for Randox IT queries, supporting hardware, software and system operations across a hybrid environment.

The role includes managing incidents, onboarding/offboarding, configuring devices, and administering Microsoft 365, Azure services and security controls. Full-time, permanent position with standard weekday hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of IT support or service desk experience.
• Experience with Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365.
• Experience using ITSM platforms and administering AD/Entra ID.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support for hardware, software, network and business apps.
• Manage incidents, service requests and changes via the ITSM platform.
• Assist onboarding/offboarding including account provisioning and device deployment.
• Deploy, configure and support desktops and laptops; manage security controls.
• Monitor systems, respond to security alerts and participate in IT projects.
