Job summary

IOSH is seeking a Service Delivery Lead to steer technology services, ensuring reliability, security and continual evolution. You will manage ITIL processes and align services with organisational goals while working across teams and external partners.

You’ll lead service delivery with a customer-focused approach, balancing priorities and leveraging data to improve performance, in a hybrid role based at Wigston, Leicester.

Qualifications

• Experience managing ITSM processes, including incident, problem, change and SLA management.
• Experience with Microsoft cloud environments, including Azure and Microsoft 365.
• Experience leading service delivery, reporting, and risk management activities.
• ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent ITIL experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day service delivery and ITIL process execution.
• Collaborate with technical teams, stakeholders and suppliers to deliver reliable services.
• Provide operational leadership and drive continual service improvement.
