Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT Service Delivery Manager to join our team who will be responsible for owning the end-to-end operational services for our information technology function as well as acting as a primary interface with our key stakeholders. As IT Service Delivery Manager you will be responsible for managing and planning the daily operational activities within the service delivery teams. Excellent experience in Service Transition and improvements within IT Services. Must have high-level experience across Applications, Infrastructure, Data, Cloud, Architecture, and Cyber Security. Support and development of all IT service delivery functions and processes. To assist in maintaining the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the information assets by employing robust, best practices in managing and supporting systems and services.
