Job summary

St John & St Elizabeth Hospital is seeking a Head of Digital Transformation to lead a portfolio of digital change programmes that improve patient experience, staff engagement, and operational efficiency.

You will work with the CIO and clinical leaders to develop roadmaps, drive adoption of new technologies, and ensure governance, security and compliance across initiatives. This is a senior role within a charitable private hospital with a 170-year history.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering technology-enabled organisational change.
• Experience managing complex programme portfolios and budgets.
• Experience engaging with senior executives and clinical stakeholders.
• Strong supplier and contract management experience.
• Proven ability to develop compelling business cases and strategic proposals.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Experience driving adoption of new systems, processes and ways of working.
• Experience within healthcare, hospitals, hospices or regulated environments.

What are the Responsibilities of the Head of Digital Transformation?

Working closely with the CIO, executive leaders, clinical teams and external partners, you will lead a portfolio of strategic transformation programmes, ensuring technology investments deliver measurable benefits across the organisation.
