Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in IT Operations, Service Delivery, or Workplace Technology.
• 2–3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven ability to lead distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ticketing, incident management, and service requests.
• Drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
