Job summary

• Experience administering Windows 11, Office 365, Intune device management, and Active Directory.
• Current experience with Windows 11 installation.
• Exposure to CoPilot and other Microsoft applications.

Responsibilities

• Respond to IT support requests and incidents within defined SLA timeframes.
• Provide 1st/2nd/3rd line support and coordinate with Infrastructure, Applications, and Networks.
• Log and track status of requests and provide regular updates to users.
