Job summary

Aspire Technology Solutions in Glasgow is seeking proactive sales professionals to own the full sales cycle, from outreach to closing, in Scotland's tech market.

You will build a high-value pipeline using multi-channel outreach, collaborate with our pre-sales team to tailor IT and cyber solutions, and drive complex negotiations to onboard new clients. Based at our Glasgow office, travel to meet clients is expected.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of exceeding sales KPIs in a New Business or BDM role.
• Experience selling IT or tech solutions is a strong plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with C-level audiences.
• Self-motivated and able to work without a script.

Responsibilities

• Build your territory using multi-channel outreach (social selling, outreach, networking).
• Collaborate with pre-sales to design IT/Cyber solutions for clients.
• Lead high-level presentations and negotiations to onboard new clients.
• Contribute to Glasgow office growth and company reputation.
