Job summary

Flotek Group is a fast-growing UK MSP delivering IT, Cyber Security, Communications and Managed Print solutions. We are seeking a highly organized Projects Administrator to support our Engineers, coordinate stock, manage diaries and ensure smooth installations from start to finish.

Based in St Asaph and on-site, this full-time role offers opportunities to learn, develop and progress within a growing team, with a benefits package including holiday increases and staff equity.

Qualifications

• Microsoft Office including Excel, with ability to analyse data and use Excel functions.
• Previous use of CRM/PSA software.
• Experience in a similar role within data cabling, IT or telecoms (preferred).
• Stock management responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Raising and managing purchase orders, ensuring stock is tracked and allocated to the correct projects.
• Answering incoming calls to the Projects queue.
• Managing all incoming and outgoing stock.
• Coordinating engineer documentation—permits, job packs and completion photos.
• Scheduling engineers' diaries and allocating resources across projects.
• Collaborating with Billing and Finance to meet invoicing deadlines and ensure accuracy of financial documents.
• Scheduling deliveries and site access for Engineering.
• Providing day-to-day administrative support to the Projects Team Managers.
