Job summary

Flotek Group in the UK is seeking a Projects Administrator to support engineers and ensure smooth delivery of installations from start to finish. The role is onsite in St Asaph and offers a clear path for progression within a fast-growing MSP environment.

The ideal candidate will have keen attention to detail, strong organisational skills and experience with stock coordination, project documentation and stakeholder communication. Salary is £26,000–£28,000 per annum, full-time permanent.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for data analysis.
• Experience with CRM/PSA software.
• Experience in data cabling, IT or telecoms industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Raising and managing purchase orders and tracking stock to projects.
• Answering calls to the Projects queue.
• Managing stock inbound/outbound and engineer documentation.
• Scheduling engineers' diaries and allocating resources across projects.
• Coordinating with Billing/Finance to meet invoicing deadlines.
• Scheduling deliveries and site access for engineering.
• Providing admin support to Projects Team Managers.
