Job summary

Flotek Group is expanding its IT project administration team in Wales. We are seeking a driven, highly organised administrator to support engineers and ensure the smooth delivery of installations from start to finish.

You will coordinate stock, manage documentation and keep stakeholders informed to help projects stay on track. The role requires precise communication, attention to detail and experience in a similar IT/telecoms environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar IT project admin or MSP environment.
• Strong organisational and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in coordinating stock, installations, and stakeholder updates.
• Knowledge of CRM/PSA software and Excel data analysis is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Raise and manage purchase orders and track stock for projects.
• Coordinate engineers' diaries and schedule installations.
• Answer calls to Projects queue and liaise with Billing/Finance for invoicing deadlines.
• Manage project documentation including permits, job packs and photos.
• Schedule deliveries and site access for engineering teams.
• Provide admin support to Projects Team Managers.
• Maintain accurate records and reporting data for projects.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders clearly.
