The Project Manager Role:

• My client, a leading organisation in Nottingham, is seeking a skilled IT Project Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.
• You will take ownership of end-to-end project delivery, ensuring the successful implementation of Salesforce solutions that enhance business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage Salesforce projects from inception to completion
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and objectives
• Oversee risk management, budgets, and resource allocation
• Ensure alignment with business goals and best practices
• Apply Agile and Waterfall methodologies as appropriate
• Opportunities for growth towards Senior Project Manager as the team expands

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience as an IT Project Manager delivering Salesforce projects (essential)
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to manage complex projects with multiple moving parts
• Financial Services experience is desirable but not mandatory
• Relevant professional project management qualifications such as PMP, Prince2, etc.
