Job Description

At DXC Technology, we are expanding our SAP business across the UK and Europe. We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to join our team. This hands-on role focuses on delivering SAP S/4HANA and ECC technical projects, with potential to oversee broader service lines such as infrastructure.

We offer a remote-first working environment, providing flexibility to work from home while staying connected with our team.

Due to our client account requirements, Security Clearance is necessary. Applicants must be British Nationals who have lived and worked in the UK continuously for the last 5 years. We cannot consider dual nationals at this time.

As a SAP Project Manager, you will manage end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring projects meet client requirements, are completed on time, within budget, and to high standards. You will interact directly with clients and delivery teams to manage scope, schedule, finances, and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination, and control of SAP S/4HANA (and ECC) projects from inception to completion.
• Ensure delivery within scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
• Manage project scope, timelines, finances, and change processes.
• Collaborate with clients to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and resolve issues promptly.
• Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.
• Oversee resource allocation and budget tracking.
• Support continuous learning and process improvements.
• Coordinate with other project managers when necessary.
• Work within cross-functional teams for integrated outcomes.

Essential Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience managing SAP projects, including SAP ECC and S/4HANA upgrades and technical implementations.
• Experience managing budgets of £500k+ and teams of 5-15 resources.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., SAP Activate, RISE, Waterfall, Agile) and tools.
• Strong communication skills for working with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently, proactively solve problems, and manage issues.
• Commitment to staying updated on SAP technology and industry trends.

Desirable Qualifications

• Project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or SAP Activate.
• Experience managing multi-disciplinary and multi-vendor teams.
• Understanding of SAP and non-SAP service line integration.
