IT Project Manager - Legal - Leeds

We are seeking an IT Project Manager with experience in legal software project management and a proven track record of delivering new legal software projects such as iManage, Elite 3E, SOS Connect, Visualfiles, Proclaim, ShareDO, Peppermint Aderant, or similar DMS, PMS, or CMS platforms. The role is based in central Leeds with hybrid working arrangements, requiring 1 or 2 days in the office.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to participate in a significant software upgrade program across nearly the entire software suite, including new Practice Management, Document Management, and Case Management systems. Experience in implementing cloud-based legal or financial applications or replacing legacy systems is essential.

Experience required:

• Proven experience in delivering medium to high complexity IT projects within legal applications and cloud services, including Practice Management, Document Management, or Case Management Systems.
• Previous role as an IT Project Manager or Senior Business Analyst, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment.
• Strong ability to learn new software applications quickly and effectively.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with legal applications such as iManage, Elite 3E, SOS Connect, Visualfiles, Proclaim, ShareDO, Peppermint Aderant, or similar platforms is a plus.
• Experience working within the legal industry is advantageous.

The role:

• Manage the delivery of medium to high complexity IT projects across applications and cloud services, covering all lifecycle stages.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into software functionalities.
• Work with third-party IT providers to ensure successful project delivery.
• Drive the implementation and adoption of software solutions, ensuring seamless integration into workflows.
• Provide regular updates on project status, timelines, and resources.
