Legal IT Project Manager - Leeds

Legal IT Project Manager with experience in Legal software project management and a proven track record of delivering new legal software projects such as iManage, Elite 3E, SOS Connect, Visualfiles, Proclaim, ShareDO, Peppermint Aderant, or similar DMS, PMS, or CMS platforms is required by a leading law firm in central Leeds.

This role offers hybrid working, with 1 or 2 days in the central Leeds office.

This is an exciting opportunity to participate in a significant software upgrade program across nearly the entire software suite, including a new Practice Management System (PMS), Document Management System, and Case Management System. Candidates should have experience implementing cloud-based finance or legal application software or replacing/upgrading legacy systems.

Experience Required

• Proven experience in delivering medium to high complexity IT projects across Legal Applications & Cloud Services, including Practice Management Systems, Document Management Systems, and Case Management Systems.
• Experience as an IT Project Manager or Senior Business Analyst, preferably within a law firm or professional services company.
• Strong aptitude for quickly learning new software applications.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with legal applications such as iManage, Elite 3E, SOS Connect, Visualfiles, Proclaim, ShareDO, Peppermint Aderant, or similar platforms is advantageous.
• Experience working within a legal industry is a plus.

The Role

• Manage the delivery of medium to high complexity IT projects across Applications and Cloud Services, covering all lifecycle stages.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into software functionalities.
• Work closely with third-party IT providers to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Drive the implementation and adoption of software solutions, ensuring seamless integration.
• Provide regular updates on project status, timelines, and resources.
