Job summary

Travel between Arvato sites is required, and you will build strong relationships with stakeholders and suppliers while championing process improvements and governance.

Qualifications

• Experience juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience with methodologies like PRINCE2 or Agile is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects from initiation through implementation and handover.
• Develop project plans, timelines, budgets and resource requirements.
• Manage risks, issues and dependencies with mitigation plans.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders, customers and third-party suppliers.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Monitor progress and report to senior stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment with scope, quality and governance standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes.
