Job summary

Head Resourcing is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a major CRM transformation programme in Scotland. The role covers the full lifecycle from discovery through to go-live, delivering a consolidated CRM platform and improved reporting.

The ideal candidate will have proven CRM delivery experience, data migration expertise, and strong stakeholder and supplier engagement skills. This 18-month hybrid role requires collaboration across Scotland with occasional travel.

Project Manager - CRM Transformation & Data Migration

18-Month Fixed-Term Contract | Hybrid (Scotland)

We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a major CRM transformation programme for a values-driven organisation undergoing significant digital change. This is a fantastic opportunity to deliver a business-critical project that will consolidate multiple legacy systems into a single modern CRM platform.

The Role

You'll take ownership of the full project lifecycle, from discovery and vendor selection through to implementation, data migration, testing, and go-live. Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you'll help create a single source of truth that improves customer experience, operational efficiency, and reporting capability.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a large-scale CRM migration and transformation programme.
• Assess current systems and define the future-state solution.
• Manage CRM vendor selection and third-party suppliers.
• Oversee data migration, governance, and integration activities.
• Drive stakeholder engagement, project governance, risk management, and reporting.

You'll bring:

• Experience with Salesforce, Dynamics 365, or similar CRM platforms.
