Job summary

Sizewell C is recruiting for an Assistant IT Project Manager to support delivery across IS projects within a major energy programme in the UK. The role is permanent, office-based with hybrid flexibility and typically 3 days per week in the office, with a full-time pattern.

You will work closely with the Project Manager and IT Programme Manager to manage scope, budget, risks and timelines, ensuring governance and stakeholder engagement across SZC's Digital & IT functions.

Qualifications

• Prepare and run workshops with stakeholders to elicit information and reach consensus.
• Conduct assurance reviews and ensure alignment with governance.
• Coordinate with multiple delivery partners to meet objectives.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to IS project initiation, planning and governance artefacts.
• Collaborate with delivery partners to create robust project plans and critical paths.
• Support cost, time and quality management across project workstreams.
• Escalate risks and issues to the Project Manager with recommended mitigations.
• Support reporting to Project Board, PMO and SZC senior management.
