Job summary

Sizewell C is recruiting an Assistant Project Manager to support IS projects across the Nuclear New Builds, working with the Project Manager and IT Programme Manager. The role involves governance, risk assessment and active collaboration with internal departments.

Qualifications

• Understand programme and project management basics and methodologies.
• Experience delivering IS projects within regulated industry.
• Full project lifecycle experience; nuclear/asset-intensive exposure preferred.
• Good technical IT knowledge and governance awareness.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to definition, planning, execution and documentation of IS projects.
• Develop Project Initiation Documents with cost/timescale estimates.
• Collaborate with partners to produce robust detailed plans and manage dependencies.
• Support delivery governance, quality criteria and project closure activities.
• Manage progress, scope, budget, risks, issues and stakeholder engagement.
