Job summary

Sizewell C Company is seeking an IT Services Manager to lead end-to-end IT service delivery for a large, regulated energy project in the UK. The role focuses on technical leadership, service governance, and operator support across infrastructure, cloud, and cyber security domains.

You will coordinate with business stakeholders, project teams, and external vendors to ensure secure, available, and compliant digital services, with hybrid working and occasional travel to sites.

Qualifications

• Significant experience managing enterprise IT services within a complex organisation.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL Service Management practices.
• Experience managing outsourced service providers and complex supplier ecosystems.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, and enterprise service management tools.
• Proven experience leading major incident and service recovery activities.
• Experience working within regulated industries such as Nuclear, Energy, Utilities, Defence, Financial Services, or Transportation
• Experience supporting large-scale construction or infrastructure programmes.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end delivery of IT services across Sizewell C.
• Ensure service performance achieves agreed SLAs, OLAs, and operational KPIs.
• Lead Major Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Continuity processes.
• Manage service health reporting, operational dashboards, and executive-level service reviews.
• Ensure (eventual) 24x7 support arrangements are effective for critical systems and sites.
• Provide technical oversight across Microsoft 365, Azure, cloud platforms, enterprise infrastructure and networks, and cyber security tooling.
• Monitor contractual obligations and supplier compliance.
• Drive accountability for service improvements and corrective actions.
