Key Responsibilities

• Lead IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery on time and within budget
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
• Develop detailed project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies
• Manage communication between technical teams, management, and clients
• Monitor project progress and produce regular status reports
• Implement best practices for project management and quality assurance
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure effective collaboration
• Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and procedures

Requirements

Essential:

• Proven experience as an IT Project Manager or similar role
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Degree in IT, Business Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Experience with project management tools and software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Desirable:

• Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 certification
• Experience in IT infrastructure, software development, or digital transformation projects
