IT Procurement Manager | £45,000 to £65,000 | Bonus | Full Benefits Package | This is a REMOTE & Homebased role with occasional visits | Leading Professional Services Business

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing professional services business that is establishing its first IT Procurement Manager position.

You'll report to the Group Head of Procurement, who is building out the function in line with business growth, where you'll take ownership of all IT spend. Although this is a remote, home-based role, the company has multiple offices across the UK if you prefer to work onsite.

Role and responsibilities:

• Create relevant category strategies, oversee their delivery, and ensure year-on-year savings.
• Develop category plans and strategies to ensure alignment across the group, leveraging suppliers to support local offices.
• Support the development of category strategies with a clear, prioritized pipeline of sourcing projects.
• Engage, manage, and influence senior stakeholders from Director to Board level to secure buy-in, utilizing strong market knowledge.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders to gain a comprehensive understanding of supplier performance.
• Monitor supplier risk and performance through reporting tools and business feedback.
• Act as a procurement role model by embodying company values, consistently delivering high standards, and promoting procurement through strong relationships.
• Ensure the delivery of strategic projects and that the business receives the best service aligned with cost efficiency.

Experience and requirements:

• Experience working for a large, complex, and multi-site business.
• Category experience in IT and Technology.
• Ability to engage, negotiate, and influence senior stakeholders up to Director level and above.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to adapt approaches based on relationship type, level, and maturity.
• An analytical mindset and excellent communication skills to present ideas effectively to the business.
• Experience working in a large, cross-functional procurement team.
• MCIPS qualification is desirable but not essential.
