Scarborough Health Network (SHN) is hiring a Business Analyst to support the IT PMO and digital transformation initiatives across Centenary Site and other SHN programs. The BA partners with senior project managers and clinical and corporate stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable requirements and ensure solutions meet safety, privacy, and operational workflows.

The role emphasizes elicitation, documentation, testing, UAT, and governance, with experience in IT or digital health

Competenze

• Undergraduate degree in Health, Business, IT, or related field (required).
• 3–5 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in IT or digital health environments.
• Experience gathering and documenting complex requirements across multiple stakeholders.
• Experience supporting IT, clinical systems (EMR/Epic), or digital transformation initiatives is an asset.

Mansioni

• Lead elicitation, documentation, and validation of business, clinical, and technical requirements.
• Develop clear, structured requirements artefacts to support design, procurement, and delivery.
• Ensure requirements reflect clinical safety, privacy, and security principles.
• Analyze current-state workflows and identify opportunities for optimization and transformation.
• Document future-state processes aligned with digital solutions and priorities.
• Support business process redesign with clinical and operational stakeholders.
• Maintain PMO governance and ensure alignment with SHN standards.
