We’re working with an organisation undergoing significant digital and technology transformation, and they’re looking for a Business Analyst to play a key role in shaping and delivering a diverse portfolio of IT and digital projects.

This is a full lifecycle role, sitting within a high-performing PMO, where you’ll influence everything from early-stage idea shaping through to delivery, service transition, and benefits realisation.

The Role

You’ll work closely with teams across the organisation, ensuring digital and technology initiatives are aligned to business objectives, regulatory standards, and architectural frameworks.

A big focus of this role is early advisory, demand, and intake, helping shape ideas before they become fully defined projects, giving you real influence from day one.

What You’ll Be Doing
Demand & Early Advisory
  • Engage stakeholders to shape project ideas and pipeline demand
  • Assess impact, complexity, risks, and dependencies
  • Support prioritisation across the project portfolio
  • Align initiatives with IT strategy and organisational goals
  • Develop early business cases and recommend next steps
Planning & Requirements
  • Lead requirements gathering across multiple projects
  • Facilitate workshops, interviews, and process mapping
  • Produce clear documentation including user stories and business cases
  • Support procurement and vendor selection activities
  • Ensure full traceability of requirements
Delivery & Implementation
  • Support testing, training, and service transition activities
  • Validate that solutions meet business needs and KPIs
  • Contribute to post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement
  • Ensure benefits realisation is tracked and delivered
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst across digital and technology projects
  • Strong experience working in private healthcare or regulated environments
  • Experience working within PMO / portfolio environments
  • Ability to engage with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong knowledge of requirements gathering, process mapping, and business case development
  • Understanding of compliance frameworks (e.g. GDPR, DSPT)
Why Apply?
  • Work across a diverse portfolio of projects (infrastructure, security, and business systems)
  • Be part of a high-impact transformation programme
  • Opportunity to influence projects from concept through to delivery
  • Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders across healthcare and technology
