Job summary

The Institution of Structural Engineers in London is seeking an Applications Support Analyst to maintain and improve our core business systems, ensuring reliability, security and effective service for staff across the charity. You will resolve issues, manage data quality, support system enhancements and collaborate with suppliers to deliver an excellent user experience and drive continuous improvement across our technology services.

Hybrid working from London is available.

Qualifications

• Experience providing 2nd-line application support in a similar environment.
• Knowledge of SQL, reporting tools, or system configuration.
• Strong experience resolving incidents and service requests.
• Experience working with suppliers or 3rd party support teams.
• Experience producing user guides or training materials would be advantageous.

Salary: £36,121 starting salary p/a, plus excellent benefits package

The Role

As the Institution’s Applications Support Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting and improving the Institution's core business systems, ensuring they remain reliable, secure and effective for users across the organisation.

From resolving application issues and maintaining data quality to supporting system enhancements and working with suppliers, you'll play a key role in delivering an excellent user experience while helping to drive continuous improvement across our technology services.

To be shortlisted for this post, you must have:

• Experience providing 2nd-line application support in a similar environment
• Knowledge of SQL, reporting tools, or system configuration
• Strong experience resolving incidents and service requests
• Experience working with suppliers or 3rd party support teams

Experience in producing user guides or training materials would be advantageous.
