Job summary

TEKEVER, a leader in unmanned technology, seeks an experienced Security Operations Lead to build and run a high-performing security function as the business grows internationally. You will oversee security operations for people, facilities, technology and assets, reporting to the Head of Security.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading security operations in a complex org.
• Proven ability to manage internal teams and contracted security providers.
• Experience defining security operating models, procedures and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day security operations across the organisation.
• Develop and maintain security SOPs, post orders, escalation and incident playbooks.
• Lead security responses to incidents and major events across UK and international locations.
• Manage guarding contracts, KPIs, SLAs and supplier performance.
• Ensure physical security across offices, facilities and sensitive sites.
