ExamWorks Investigation Services Limited is seeking an Automation & AI Operations Controller to join a hybrid team at Aspinall House. The role focuses on monitoring automated processes, investigating issues, and collaborating with IT and business teams to improve performance.

Full training will be provided to support your progression. The position offers 37.5 hours per week with a hybrid work model, enabling you to engage with automation and AI technologies while developing practical systems

Responsabilités

• Monitoring automated processes and workflows throughout the day.
• Identifying and investigating issues when processes fail.
• Escalating problems to the relevant teams when required.
• Reviewing system alerts and ensuring timely resolution.
• Producing basic operational and performance reports.
• Supporting the monitoring of AI solutions and identifying unusual trends or issues.
• Maintaining system documentation and support procedures.
• Assisting with testing and implementing new automation solutions.
• Working with technical and business teams to improve processes and service performance.

Automation & AI Operations Controller

Location: Aspinall House, Hybrid.

Hours: 37.5 hours

What You'll Be Doing
