You will deploy Windows and macOS devices and collaborate with traders and engineers, using Jamf, Intune, Okta, AD & M365, and handling AV/meeting room tech.

The role involves IT infrastructure projects and supporting a high-frequency trading setup in a dynamic financial services setting.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years' IT support experience.
• Trading / financial services experience is a big plus.

Responsibilities

• Support traders & engineers in a fast-paced environment.
• Own IT issues from 1st-3rd line.
• Manage & deploy Windows and macOS devices.
• Work with Jamf, Intune, Okta, AD & M365.
• Troubleshoot AV & meeting room technology.
• Get involved in IT infrastructure projects.
