Job summary

Hamilton Barnes Associates Limited is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join a fast-moving trading environment on the City of London trading floor. You will provide end-to-end IT support to traders, engineers, and business teams, and manage core platforms across the internal infrastructure.

The role focuses on deploying MacOS/Windows devices, coordinating with security and IAM, and resolving high-priority issues quickly.

Qualifications

• 3+ years IT support experience in a fast-moving industry.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Jamf, Active Directory, and device deployment.
• Identity Access Management with Okta.
• Jamf 100/200 certification (nice to have).

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end IT support across a dynamic trading floor and wider business.
• Manage Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, and MDM with Jamf.
• Deploy and maintain MacOS and Windows desktops, laptops, hardware, and software.
• Troubleshoot audio-visual equipment to ensure seamless operations.
• Tackle high-priority technical issues in a fast-paced environment.
