Job summary

Benchmark Capital in Horsham is seeking an IT Operations Support Engineer to help maintain and improve the technology estate. You will provide technical support across infrastructure, cloud services, end-user computing, applications and collaboration platforms, ensuring a secure and high-performing environment.

You will act as a technical escalation point, assist on technology projects, and contribute to ongoing modernisation with exposure to a broad range of technologies including security

Qualifications

Experience in IT Operations, Infrastructure or Technical Support.
Experience with Microsoft 365 and Active Directory.
Experience in ITSM, handling incidents and changes.
Strong troubleshooting, multi-platform skills and documentation ability.

Responsibilities

Act as escalation point for IT Service Desk incidents and requests.
Diagnose and resolve issues across infrastructure, apps and end-user computing.
Administer Microsoft 365, Active Directory and related enterprise tech.
Monitor health and performance, manage access controls and security.
Support collaboration platforms and endpoint provisioning.
Contribute to infrastructure upgrades, automation and change activities.
