Job summary

Benchmark Capital Limited in Horsham is seeking an IT Operations Support Engineer to help maintain and improve our technology estate. You will join the IT Operations team, providing technical support across infrastructure, cloud services, end-user computing, applications and collaboration platforms to deliver a secure, stable environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT Operations, Infrastructure or Technical Support.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Active Directory.
• Experience in IT Service Management, incidents and changes.
• Strong troubleshooting across multiple tech platforms.
• Experience supporting end-user computing environments and apps.
• Ability to document procedures and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Act as technical escalation point for IT Service Desk and resolve incidents.
• Diagnose and resolve infrastructure, application and end-user issues within SLAs.
• Support Microsoft 365, AD and related enterprise technologies.
• Monitor health, availability and capacity of technology services.
• Manage user accounts, permissions and access controls securely.
• Support collaboration and communications platforms.
• Assist with endpoint management, device provisioning and onboarding.
• Maintain documentation and runbooks.
