Job summary

WEBRECRUIT is seeking an IT Operations Analyst for a permanent, full‑time role in London. You will work at least four days in the office and provide out-of-hours support when required, helping ensure reliable IT services and operations across the organisation.

As the IT Operations Analyst you will monitor systems, maintain operational records, support user access and compliance, and assist with key business applications.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an IT or operational environment, supporting administrative or monitoring activities.
• Experience working with IT systems such as Microsoft 365, identity platforms, or service management tools in an administrative or operational capacity.
• A background in processing joiners/movers/leavers, updating access records, or supporting compliance checks.
• Experience using service management or ticketing systems to record, categorise, and track operational tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day operation of IT services, including monitoring systems and maintaining operational records.
• Assist with user access, compliance activities and business applications to ensure resilience and reliability.
