Job summary

Arc is seeking an Internal Sales Support to keep the sales operations running smoothly. You will handle administrative tasks, quotations, orders and CRM records, enabling account managers to focus on client relationships and growth.

You will work across the sales team, coordinating activities with cross-functional teams and ensuring timely, accurate data management. This role emphasizes process discipline and efficient, proactive support within a dynamic IT MSP environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a sales support, sales administration or customer service role, ideally in IT/MSP environments.
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills with high attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Process-driven mindset with a proactive approach to supporting business growth.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders, quotations, and renewals accurately and within agreed timescales.
• Prepare and format proposals, quotes and sales documentation to a professional standard.
• Coordinate sales meetings, including scheduling and minute-taking where required.
• Prepare regular sales reports and pipeline updates for management.
• Maintain accurate CRM/PSA records and monitor data quality.
• Track contract renewals and service dates, flagging expiry details to account managers.
