Job summary

FluidOne Camberley is seeking a Sales Administrator to support the sales team and keep administrative processes running smoothly. You will handle inquiries, prepare quotations, and coordinate with technical teams to ensure accurate order data.

The role requires excellent communication, strong attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise in a busy MSP environment. Training and ongoing development are offered as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in sales support or customer-facing roles within IT MSPs.
• Ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Produce accurate sales quotations for customers in a timely manner.
• Process customer sales orders and ensure details are correct.
• Respond to and follow up on sales enquiries via email and telephone.
• Prepare and manage renewal quotations for ongoing services and contracts.
• Manage Office 365 and Azure billing and invoicing.
