Job summary

Express Recruitment are currently supporting a well-established MSP firm based in Northwest Leicestershire, due to ongoing growth, seeking an IT Business Development Manager to join their busy team. The successful candidate will generate business with both new and existing clients, building relationships and providing consultative support to ensure high retention and net revenue growth.

Our client is looking for a candidate with high energy and a passion for sales!

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar IT MSP role selling hardware/technical/telecom support.
• Knowledge of cloud systems, Microsoft 365, and network technologies.
• Target oriented with ability to tailor technical solutions for clients.
• Excellent communication with a professional telephone manner and stakeholder rapport.
• Full UK driving licence essential.
• Develop sales pipeline through leads, cold calling and networking.
• Occasional travel to client offices, events and conferences.
• Provide clients with proposals, product demonstrations and consultations.
• Update CRM and produce monthly reports and sales forecasts.
