Job summary

Mentmore Recruitment Ltd. is seeking an IT M&A Integration Manager to lead the integration of newly acquired businesses, from due diligence through post-acquisition execution, in Milton Keynes.

The role blends business analysis, IT understanding and project delivery to map IT environments, define integration plans and ensure successful delivery with stakeholders.

This on-site role requires availability five days per week and a proactive, independent approach in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in M&A integration, ideally within an acquisition-focused environment.
• Experience conducting pre-acquisition due diligence and mapping acquired businesses against an existing organisation.
• Demonstrable experience delivering integrations following acquisition.
• Good understanding of IT applications, systems and infrastructure, with the ability to ask the right questions and identify potential issues.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment and managing challenging stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

Our client is seeking a Business Integration & Transition Manager to support its ongoing acquisition strategy, leading the integration of newly acquired businesses from initial IT due diligence through to post-acquisition implementation.

This role combines business analysis, technical understanding and project delivery, requiring someone who can assess a target business's IT environment, identify integration requirements and develop and deliver a practical integration plan.
