Job summary

Experience in IT M&A integration and post-acquisition delivery.
Experience conducting IT due diligence and mapping IT environments.
Strong analytical, stakeholder management and independent working skills.

Responsibilities

Conduct IT due diligence on prospective acquisitions, assessing systems, applications, infrastructure, processes and resources.
Map acquired businesses' IT environments against the existing organisation to identify gaps, risks and integration requirements.
Develop integration plans and recommend effective approaches to align systems and processes.
Lead and coordinate post-acquisition IT integration activities, ensuring successful delivery.
Identify potential challenges and integration risks early, providing practical recommendations to stakeholders.
Work collaboratively with business leaders, technical teams and stakeholders to drive integration outcomes.
