Job summary

Mondelēz International / Ernest Jackson & Co Ltd (EJ) seeks a skilled IT Strategy & Consultancy professional to guide EJ's information systems, governance and technology roadmap. You will connect EJ with MDLZ teams, advise on IT direction and ensure compliant, efficient IS delivery across the site in Crediton.

You will manage budgets, vendor relations, ERP and BC365 usage, and oversee disaster recovery, data security, and IT policy adherence, while promoting business ownership of IT solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT strategy and advisory roles.
• Proven ability to manage IT infrastructure and governance.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Advise departments on IT strategy and connect them with MDLZ teams.
• Develop and maintain an IS roadmap and communicate IT direction.
• Support digital transformation using BC365 functionality.
• Administer EJ systems and provide first-line triage.
• Manage EJ servers, patches and antivirus; migrate away from physical servers.
• Design and test disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
• Oversee IT budgeting, procurement and vendor management.
• Coordinate ERP release governance and change boards.
