Job summary

Delaney & Bourton in the United Kingdom seeks an EDI Technical Lead to own EDI services, lead a three-person team, and drive the move to a centralised, third-party platform. You will manage customer and supplier onboarding, coordinate testing, and deliver scalable integration solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing, supporting and maintaining EDI solutions.
• Knowledge of EDI standards and ANSI.
• Experience with SFTP, FTP over VPN and FTPS.
• Senior or lead-level role with people management.
• Knowledge of APIs and bespoke integrations.
• Experience documenting technical solutions and coordinating tests.
• Understanding of IT project lifecycles and continuous improvement.
• Customer, supplier and stakeholder engagement in a B2B environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of three, providing technical direction and delivery support.
• Oversee EDI services implementation, maintenance and support.
• Drive migration to a centralised, third-party integration platform.
• Own integration relationships from discussions to go-live.
• Design and configure integration solutions and coordinate testing.
• Document processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate across technical and business stakeholders to deliver projects.
