Job summary

Logicor is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to own the ITSM framework for its Business Technology portfolio across Europe. The role focuses on end-user computing, network and cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity operations, and core enterprise applications, including ERP and HR systems.

You will drive governance, define measurable service standards, and lead transformation initiatives while collaborating with IT Operations, Security, Applications, Data and PMO teams to deliver reliable,

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT Service Delivery or IT Operations leadership.
• Experience implementing ITIL v4 and ITSM tools.
• Experience with ERP platforms and multi-site operations.
• Strong governance and performance-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement an ITSM framework based on ITIL within 6 months.
• Publish enterprise service catalogue, SLAs, OLAs, and KPIs.
• Drive proactive, metric-driven service management.
• Coordinate enterprise major-incident and escalation management.
• Govern MSPs, vendors, and internal IT teams with measurable outcomes.
