Job summary

Mondelēz International, based in Crediton, seeks an IT Strategy & Consultancy lead to guide technology decisions and build strong relationships with MDLZ teams. You will shape the IS roadmap, support digital transformation, and oversee IT governance, server management and ERP releases, ensuring compliant, high‑quality service.

The role focuses on partnering with departments, maintaining infrastructure, and delivering strategic IT initiatives within a regulated confectionery business.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in IT strategy and consultancy within a regulated environment.
• Ability to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Experience in IT governance, risk management and compliance.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and IT infrastructure management.

Responsibilities

• Advise departments on technology direction and connect them to MDLZ teams.
• Develop and maintain an IS roadmap with risks and priorities.
• Support digital transformation across departments, especially BC365.
• Manage EJ-owned servers and migrate away from local hardware.
• Coordinate IT governance and ERP release reviews.
• Monitor and report IT KPIs, SLAs and customer feedback.
