The role of the IT Infrastructure Manager is central to the ongoing technological growth in our professional services organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the infrastructure team to ensure the stable operation of the company's IT infrastructure.

Description

• Lead and manage the infrastructure team to ensure consistency and reliability in the company's IT systems
• Plan, implement and manage IT projects related to infrastructure
• Monitor and maintain network Servers and technology tools
• Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures
• Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems
• Manage and report on allocation of IT budget
• Identify opportunities for team training and skills advancement
• Collaborate with other department leaders to define the company's future IT needs and propose solutions

Profile

A successful IT Infrastructure Manager should have:

• On-prem to Azure projects
• managing 3rd party suppliers
• Experience in analysis, implementation and evaluation of IT systems and their specifications
• Sound understanding of computer systems (hardware/software), networks etc.
• Excellent organisational and leadership skills
• Outstanding communication abilities

The role will be 3 days onsite at the Leeds office and 2 days working from home
