Müller UK & Ireland is offering an IT Intern – Infrastructure placement based in East Kilbride. You will gain hands-on experience across technical support, network operations, and user workplace services in a fast-paced enterprise.

Based in East Kilbride, the role involves troubleshooting hardware/software issues, deploying devices, and delivering reliable IT services while collaborating with experienced IT professionals during a 13‑month fixed term.

Qualifications

Student currently in university and on track for a 2:1 or above.
Looking for an IT intern with interest in IT support, infrastructure, and service management.
Placement year role with allowance for learning and development.

Responsibilities

Provide second-line hardware/software/network/workplace support.
Assist with deployment, configuration, and management of end-user devices and IT equipment.
Support monitoring and maintenance across network and infrastructure services.
Respond to service requests and incidents, escalating where needed.
Maintain technical documentation, asset records, and knowledge base articles.
Participate in IT projects, technology rollouts, and service improvements.
Collaborate with Core Technologies to deliver reliable IT services.
Work with placement peers on team projects to build skills.
