Job summary

WLP Recruitment is seeking an experienced IT Engineer on a contract basis to join a leading organisation. You will provide hands-on infrastructure and support services, ensuring systems remain robust and secure across Windows and cloud environments.

You will work independently on project delivery and BAU operations, handling 2nd/3rd line support, cloud migrations, and security best practices while collaborating with stakeholders and external vendors.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT infrastructure engineering and technical support.
• Proficient with Windows Server, Active Directory, O365 and Azure.
• Ability to work independently on projects and BAU operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd/3rd line support across Windows and cloud environments.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot servers, networks, and end-user devices.
• Support cloud migration projects and infrastructure upgrades.
• Ensure security best practices are maintained across systems.
• Work with internal stakeholders and external vendors to resolve issues.
