Job summary

Ampa Group is seeking an IT Infrastructure Engineer to maintain, monitor and support our existing infrastructure, with a focus on the Azure migration and Microsoft 365 stack. You will participate in ITIL-aligned processes, drive improvements, and mentor junior staff to ensure service availability across on-premises and cloud environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience in infrastructure delivery teams.
• Strong change management and scheduling experience.
• Excellent communication skills for translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to quickly prioritize and filter change/deployment issues to identify solutions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain stability and availability of systems.
• Monitor and support systems to meet technology standards and compliance.
• Apply patches and upgrades while respecting production environments.
• Lead incidents and perform root-cause analysis and remediation as needed.
• Execute disaster recovery (DR) and failover testing at scale.
• Mentor junior staff and transfer knowledge to the team.
• Ensure security practices and licensing are kept up-to-date.
