Nebius Group is seeking an IT infrastructure engineer to troubleshoot data center hardware issues and manage RMAs. You will work across multiple technical domains with a focus on server firmware, hardware reliability and process improvement.

Responsibilities include hands-on troubleshooting, creating documentation, and collaborating with internal teams and vendors. Strong Unix/Linux skills and English proficiency are essential for success in this role.

• Deep knowledge of IT hardware and practical troubleshooting experience.
• Skills with Unix/Linux OS and command line.
• Experience with equipment monitoring, data analysis and presentation.

• Solve firmware and hardware issues in servers with in-depth system knowledge.
