Nebius is seeking an IT Manager to ensure maintenance and efficiency of the data center's IT infrastructure. You will lead a team working with cutting‑edge GPU cloud clusters, oversee hardware troubleshooting, and ensure critical systems run smoothly.

You will develop documentation, manage hardware installation and upgrades, and collaborate with internal and external teams to meet operational goals in a fast‑growing AI environment.

Formación

• 5+ years of team management and hands‑on server hardware issue resolution.
• Strong knowledge of data center operations and server/network equipment.
• Experience in project planning and management.
• Knowledge of ITIL/ITSM and operational activities of IT support.
• Basic proficiency with Linux and command‑line tools.
• Experience with enterprise‑grade network switches and fiber optics.
• Advanced Excel skills: pivot tables, formulas, lists and graphs.

Responsabilidades

• Manage IT support team to achieve KPI in IT infrastructure support and project planning.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external contractors to address technical and operational challenges.
• Develop clear documentation and manuals for hardware configuration, troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Plan, execute and monitor regular IT tasks to maintain and improve IT infrastructure operations.
• Manage IT support that includes diagnosing and resolving issues related to IT hardware and ensure continuity of data center IT infrastructure.
• Manage project tasks including installation, upgrading and dismantling hardware as required.
• Oversee asset management processes and RMAs.
